Coaches who applied

Everyone who sent the short form or asked a question from the contact page. Reply to them the way they picked, then tap Contacted.

Sites to build

Everything a coach sent through the build form: their details, prices, photos and reviews. Build the draft, then mark it Built.

Card payments

Coaches who want players to pay by card on their site. Each one gets their own Stripe account, and the money goes straight to their bank. You never hold it.

How it works
  1. A coach who picks "Set it up for me" on the build form, or "I already have pay links" then "Yes, add them for me", gets their setup link by email the moment the form arrives. Nothing for you to do. For a coach with no email, make the link below and DM it (Copy message).
  2. They open it, pick their country and finish Stripe's signup. About 5 minutes, and Stripe asks them for their bank details, not you. A coach who already has Stripe taps "Connect it instead".
  3. When their card here says Ready for cards, tap "Read their prices". Check the rows, then tap "Make the ticked links and put them on their site". That makes the links and writes each one onto the matching price on their site.
  4. Anything that could not be matched to a price on their site, paste in by hand: their Coach dashboard, Edit Site, the program, Card payments.

A coach who already has a Stripe account taps "Connect it instead" on the same setup link, logs in to Stripe, and skips the signup. A coach who already has Stripe, Square or PayPal links does not need any of this: those go straight into their site.

Reviews

Sent through the review form on the site. Nothing goes on the site until you put it there.

Add a review yourself

Numbers

Type in your numbers once a week. Drafts count themselves. Where a number drops the most is what to fix.

Ads

Paste in the pixel ID from each ad account. The site then tells TikTok and Meta who visited and who sent the build form, so your ads can find more coaches like them and you can see which ads bring sign-ups. Changes show on the site within a minute.

What gets sent: a page view on every page, a Lead (TikTok: Submit form) each time a coach sends the build form, and a Contact when someone sends a question. Clear a box and save to switch that pixel off.
